Thank you for being a part of Watimsg – a product by TechOrbit Solutions.
Once you purchase a subscription plan, payments are non-refundable – all sales are final.
At Watimsg, we provide product demos and detailed feature descriptions so customers can fully understand our platform before subscribing. We also offer comprehensive support resources to help users learn and use all features effectively.
For this reason, all subscription purchases (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable. We strongly recommend reviewing our demos and documentation before making a subscription decision to ensure it meets your needs.
Refunds are not available for promotional plans, discounted offers, or special deals. All such purchases are final.
Special promotional refunds, if considered, require additional verification since discounts cannot be reversed through standard procedures.
Digital Assets
As we provide digital services, there is no physical “return.” However, for Web and Graphic Design, we offer a specific number of revisions (as stated in your package) until the final files are handed over.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time without restrictions.
- To cancel, please contact our support team at support@watishop.com. Our team will confirm your request and inform you of the remaining subscription period.
- After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Once the period ends, your account will be downgraded or deactivated as per our policy. No further billing will occur.
- Please note: Cancelling a subscription does not make you eligible for a refund. Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy above.
Watimsg (a product by TechOrbit Solutions) reserves the right to cancel accounts for violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Watimsg and TechOrbit Solutions shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from cancellation, refund denial, or account termination.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total subscription fee paid by the user in the last billing cycle prior to the claim.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the suitability of the subscription before purchase.
